A GUIDE FOR INCOMING ACADEMICIANS

Before the exchange programme:

For Application
You must fill in Incoming Academician Information Form and hand it over to EU Office of YTU. You must also submit a copy of this form to the Departmental Coordinator of YTU.

Your Acceptance Letter is going to be sent to you as soon as possible.

After the exchange programme:
Once you have completed the teaching period at YTU, you must fill in YTU Participation Certificate and get it signed by the Institutional Coordinator of EU Office at YTU.
